Sarina-Chapman offers specialized services in fiduciary administration of private assets, corporate governance, estate planning for family businesses (family offices), cross-border tax compliance training, capital portfolio diversification, and consolidated asset protection. These services are provided under a formal contract detailing the scope and limitations of each advisory.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper execution of the services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sarina-Chapman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including financial losses, provided that actions have been taken in accordance with applicable professional standards. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Sarina-Chapman or its licensors. Its total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.

6. Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payments are made as agreed in the service contract. Cancellations must be notified at least 30 days in advance. In the event of default, Sarina-Chapman reserves the right to suspend services without refund.

Sarina-Chapman reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by written notice with 30 days' advance notice. Sarina-Chapman may terminate immediately in the event of a serious breach by the user.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Higüey, La Altagracia province.
